Our cold brew coffee collagen marshmallow is made with real, freshly made cold brew coffee and just the right amount of vanilla to add depth of flavor without being overwhelming and tasting like a vanilla latte (but, we love this, too!). We've added clean, pasture-raised, grass-fed collagen peptides for added functional benefit, promoting skin and gut health and an added boost of protein. Our Cold Brew Coffee Collagen Marshmallows are the perfect pairing for your morning coffee. Add to hot chai for a dirty chai, hot chocolate (of course), or just for snacking. Oh, and they are REALLY good toasted!

Roasting Instructions
Because we do not use high-potency sweeteners corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup, our marshmallows do not catch fire or burn easily. This makes roasting indoors or out safe and easy. Simply line a baking sheet and place the marshmallows in the oven or toaster oven on broil for 45 seconds to 1.5 minutes. If you are roasting over an open flame, be sure to rotate frequently and try not to point your roasting stick down to avoid falling marshmallows.
